In Greek, kyros (κύρος) is the widespread respect and admiration felt for someone or something on the basis of a perception of their achievements or quality. Inspired and faithful to this perception, we implement the most modern and effective methods of refining to produce our KYROS pomace oil.

KYROS pomace oil is a blend of refined olive pomace oils and virgin olive oils. Its acidity does not exceed 1% and its light and gentle flavor make it ideal for deep frying, baking, cooking and dressing.
